Your guide to the Vital Experience and other Workshops

(or how to better enjoy the experience!)

If you are a full beginner, please read carefully this suggestions and information.

 Thank you!

What is a Vital Experience for Beginners?

It is a workshop appropriate for people without or brief previous

experience in Vital Development or similar systems..

If you haven’t done anything similar before, or if you have attended workshops

for less than 2 months on a regular basis (1 workshop p/week) you may consider yourself a beginner.

 What is one for Intermediates?

Itis a workshop of appropriate for people with a regular attendance  at  Vital development (or similar) workshops for more than 2 months on a regular basis (1 workshop  p/week).

What is an advanced Vital Experience?

It’s a workshop appropriate only for students of the Training Course,  Facilitators  and  people with a regular attendance to a Vital Development (or similar) group for at least 9  months.

Can I arrive late for or leave the workshops early?

Because the Vital experience is a total experience from the beginning to the end, we  would  suggest to the new participants not to arrive late or leave the workshop early,  unless it is  absolutely necessary to do so.

We also recommend not to leave the experience for a while and then to return  again later.

Should I take all the Vivencias/ workshops proposed in the Program?

Self regulation and care of your body and emotions  are part of  the Vital experience. So, try not to push yourself to achieve “more quantity”, but to enjoy  the experience,  the venue, the group and take care with love of the most important thing you

 have:  YOURSELF!

 – Any doubt about these or other subjects, please ask the organizers or a  senior  Vital Development Facilitator
